A new Dashboard: what needs you first, then how messaging is doing

The Dashboard now opens with an Action center that updates live, shows delivery and read as rates with trends, adds a delivery funnel, and walks a new workspace through its first steps.

The old Dashboard put fourteen blocks of the same size in one column. The same three numbers showed in three places, and nothing said what to look at first. The new one reads top to bottom: what needs you now, how messaging is doing, and what it costs.

Action center

Everything that needs a person is now in one list, most urgent first: chats whose free reply window closes within 2 hours, customers waiting for a reply, a quality rating below green, chats with no owner, rejected templates, and campaigns with failed messages. Each item has one button that opens the right page.

The Waiting for a reply, Open to reply now and Unassigned counts update while the page is open, as chats arrive and your team replies. You no longer refresh the page to see them.

Clearer numbers

  • Delivery rate and read rate are now the headline cards, with the counts under them. A rate change shows in percentage points (+2.0 pts), and a count change in percent.
  • Each card has a small trend line for the period, and opens the page where you can act on it.
  • The activity chart draws Sent, Delivered and Read as lines. Move the pointer over it to read any day.
  • A new delivery funnel shows where messages drop out between Sent, Delivered and Read.

Get started

A new workspace sees a short Get started list: connect WhatsApp, add contacts, get a template approved, send a first campaign, and invite the team. Steps tick themselves as you do them, and the list goes away when you are done.

Also

  • Your WhatsApp number's health — quality rating, messaging limit, connection — is now a compact card beside the Action center, with quality shown as a meter.
  • Plan usage, wallet and free Service messages are together under Plan and money. The upgrade offer shows only when a limit is near.
  • Text on the page is larger and easier to read, on a phone too.

See Analytics & Dashboard for what every number means.
