Analytics & Dashboard

Read the Lynkist dashboard — delivery and read rates, campaign performance, plan usage, and your WhatsApp number's quality rating and messaging tier.

The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you open your workspace, and it's where you check the health of your WhatsApp operation at a glance. This guide explains what each number means and which ones actually deserve your attention.

The metrics that matter

Delivery rate

Of the messages you sent, how many were delivered to a device. A healthy delivery rate is high; a drop usually means invalid numbers in your list, recipients who blocked you, or a quality problem on your number. Watch this after every campaign.

Read rate

Of delivered messages, how many were read. This is a content and timing signal, not a deliverability one — low read rates point to weak messaging or bad send times, not technical problems.

Message activity

A time series of your sending volume. Use it to spot spikes, spot quiet periods, and sanity-check that scheduled campaigns actually went out.

Campaign performance

A breakdown by campaign so you can compare them — which send landed, which got read, which fell flat. Pair this with the per-campaign detail view for the full picture.

Your WhatsApp number's health

Two numbers on the dashboard describe the standing of your number with Meta, and they directly limit what you can do:

Quality rating

Meta's assessment of your number — typically shown as green / yellow / red. It's driven by how recipients react: blocks and "report" taps drag it down; engagement keeps it up. A red rating can get your number restricted or banned.

Messaging tier

How many unique customers you can start conversations with in a rolling 24 hours (e.g. 1K → 10K → 100K). Tiers scale up automatically as you send quality traffic with a good rating.

Quality rating and messaging tier are the two numbers to protect above all others. Only message people who expect to hear from you, keep templates relevant, and give an easy way to opt out. A damaged number is slow and painful to recover.

Account and plan status

The dashboard also surfaces the operational basics:

  • Business number / display name — the connected WhatsApp number and what recipients see. If you see No WhatsApp account connected, start with WhatsApp Setup.
  • API status — whether the messaging API is healthy.
  • Plan usage — your current billing cycle limits and how much you've consumed. Watch this so a big campaign doesn't hit a wall mid-send. If you see No active subscription, sending is limited until you pick a plan — see Billing & Wallet.

At-a-glance panels

  • Recent activity — the latest events across your workspace.
  • Quick navigation — shortcuts to the places you'll go most often.

How to use the dashboard in practice

  • After each campaign: check delivery and read rate; investigate any dip immediately.
  • Weekly: glance at quality rating and messaging tier; act early if quality slips toward yellow.
  • Before a big send: confirm plan usage and tier give you the headroom you need.
