WhatsApp Business API is a programmatic interface to WhatsApp built for medium and large businesses. It enables sending notifications, running campaigns, and operating customer support at scale — features the consumer WhatsApp app and even the Business app do not provide.
Embedded signup lets you connect your WhatsApp Business account inside Lynkist via Facebook Login. The flow covers phone number registration and API setup, so a team whose Facebook Business is already verified can be sending the same day. If your Facebook Business has never been verified, Meta runs that verification separately in Business Manager and typically takes 2–5 business days.
Shopify has a native connector: a new order creates or updates the contact and sends your approved order-confirmation template, and WhatsApp delivery status is posted back to the Shopify order timeline. For everything else, Lynkist exposes a REST API for contacts, templates, messages, media and campaigns, plus signed webhooks across 24 event types (delivery, reads, inbound replies, campaign lifecycle) — enough to wire up most CRMs and storefronts yourself.
WhatsApp only. Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct and other channels are planned, and SMS fallback is being scoped, but none of them is available today.
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and starting one asks for no payment method at all — no card, no UPI AutoPay, nothing to authorise. You get that plan’s full feature set for the whole trial. A couple of days before it ends we’ll ask how you’d like to pay; if you decide not to continue, the workspace simply pauses and nothing is deleted.
WhatsApp charges per conversation, and Lynkist passes that through at cost — 0% markup, on every plan. Those charges draw down a prepaid wallet, and the per-category rates are shown on the wallet page. Separately, you pay a flat monthly plan for the platform itself; each tier includes a set number of seats rather than charging per seat.
Every workspace gets its own isolated database schema, so your data is never co-mingled with another customer’s. All traffic is served over TLS, and storage volumes are encrypted at rest by the cloud provider. Sensitive actions are recorded in an audit log you can read in Settings. We never sell your data, and we share it only with the subprocessors needed to deliver messages — Meta and our WhatsApp Business Solution Provider — as set out in the Privacy Policy.
