What is WhatsApp Business API?+
WhatsApp Business API is a programmatic interface to WhatsApp built for medium and large businesses. It enables sending notifications, running campaigns, and operating customer support at scale — features the consumer WhatsApp app and even the Business app do not provide.
How does the embedded signup process work?+
Embedded signup lets you connect your WhatsApp Business account directly inside Lynkist via Facebook Login. The flow handles business verification, phone number registration, and API setup so you can start sending within minutes instead of weeks.
Can I integrate Lynkist with my existing CRM or store?+
Yes. Lynkist exposes a REST API and webhooks for every meaningful event (delivery, reads, replies, template status). Native integrations with popular CRMs and e-commerce platforms are on the roadmap; in the meantime, the API covers everything you need.
Which messaging platforms do you support?+
The platform is WhatsApp-first. Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, and other channels are planned. SMS fallback is being scoped.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every new workspace starts on a free trial with full feature access, so you can validate Lynkist on your own use cases before committing to a plan.
How are messages priced?+
WhatsApp itself charges per conversation; Lynkist passes those costs through transparently. Our own platform fee is a flat subscription based on the number of active users and seats — see the pricing page for current details.
Where is my data stored?+
Lynkist runs on managed cloud infrastructure with data encrypted in transit and at rest. Region selection and data residency options are on the roadmap. For full details see the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account and data?+
You can request full account deletion from the settings page or by following the steps documented at /account-deletion. All personal data, messages, templates, and configurations are permanently removed.
