  • You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged
  • To avoid charges, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the trial period ends
  • Only one free trial per user/business is permitted

3.3 Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your current subscription period
  • Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion

3.4 Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for monthly subscriptions once the billing period has started

Quarterly/Annual Subscriptions: Refunds may be provided within 7 days of purchase if no significant usage of services has occurred

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis

Promotional or discounted subscriptions are non-refundable

One-time purchases of digital products or services are generally non-refundable once delivered
