Studio

Studio makes marketing images for your products. You describe a scene, or upload a photo of your product, and about 30 seconds later you have an image you can download or put straight into a WhatsApp template. It lives under Studio in the sidebar, with three tabs: Create, Gallery and Credits.

Admins and managers can use Studio. Each member sees their own images; admins see the whole team's.

The three options

• Quick is for ideas, social posts, festive backgrounds and banners. Nothing of yours has to be in the picture.
• Edit keeps your product exactly as it is and changes only the scene: "put this bottle on a white marble counter with soft morning light".
• Product Shot puts your real product into a ready-made ad style. Open Style to browse the styles; each one shows a cover image.

The price is on the Generate button before you click, and it is fixed at that moment.

Write a prompt that works

Describe one picture, in this order: the subject, the place, the light, the style, the framing.

A red silk saree with a gold zari border on a wooden stand, in a home decorated for Diwali with diyas and marigolds, warm evening light, realistic product photo, the full saree in frame.

Short prompts and Hinglish are fine — "saree photo diwali" or "ghar ka aam ka achaar, glass jar, dhoop me". Click ✨ Improve and Studio rewrites your words into a full description. You see the new text, you can edit it, and only the text in the box is used. Improve is free, and it translates Hindi and Hinglish into English for the image model. It is not offered for Product Shot, where the style does that work.

If you write a request instead of a description — "I want to greet my customers on Navratri" — Improve turns it into a picture: a festive scene with space at the top for your greeting.

Photos that work

For Edit and Product Shot:

• One product, the whole of it in the frame, on a plain background.
• Good light and a sharp photo. A phone photo is fine.
• No watermark, no price sticker, no other brand's logo.
• JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB.

Only upload photos you have the right to use.

Pick the right shape

Edit's auto keeps the shape of your photo. Product Shot picks the shape from its style.

After you click Generate

The card shows the progress. You can leave the page; the result stays in your history on the left and in the Gallery. Each person can have 3 images in progress at once, and the team has a limit too, so one busy member never blocks everyone.

Open an image to:

• Download it.
• Use in template — opens a new WhatsApp template with the image already uploaded as the header. Write the message, add buttons, and submit it for approval as usual.
• Use as input — attach it to your next Edit or Product Shot.

Edit & regenerate on a result puts its prompt and photos back in the form, so you can change one thing and try again.

Credits

One credit is worth ₹1, before GST. A new image spends free credits first, then paid credits.

Free credits every month — Starter 20, Pro 60, Business 200, and 10 during a free trial. Annual plans get them every month too. Free credits do not roll over: next month's credits replace what is left.

Paid credits — open Credits and choose ₹99, ₹249 or ₹499, or enter any whole amount from ₹99 to ₹10,000. You pay the amount plus 18% GST and get the amount as credits — for example ₹99 + ₹17.82 GST = ₹116.82 for 99 credits. Every top-up has a GST invoice in the top-up history. Paid credits never expire.

Studio credits are separate from the WhatsApp credit that pays for messages. Spending in Studio never touches your WhatsApp balance, so a campaign can never stop because of an image.

When an image fails

You get the credits back automatically — if the image fails, if the content filter blocks it, or if it takes too long. When one of the two Quick images fails, you pay for the one you got.

The content filter blocks unsafe requests. A blocked request is free, but if a workspace has many blocked requests in one day, Studio pauses for that workspace for 24 hours and our team takes a look. If your ordinary products trip the filter, write to support.

Privacy

Your images are stored privately for your workspace and never behind a public link. To make an image, the prompt and photos you give are sent to our AI image provider; the finished image is copied to our own storage at once. Removing an image from the gallery hides it. Your account data export includes your Studio images, and deleting your account deletes them. See the Privacy Policy for the providers we use.

Good to know

• Check every image before you send it. AI can get details wrong.
• Do not make images that misrepresent your product, show a real person without their consent, or use a logo you have no right to use. The Terms (section 6.2) have the full rules.
