See who replied to each customer — and API messages no longer bury your chats

Every reply now shows the name of the member who sent it, and messages from the API, campaigns and integrations no longer push your customers' chats down the inbox.

Who sent this?

Under each message you send, the inbox now names who sent it: the member who typed it, the AI agent, the chatbot, a campaign, the API (with the name of the key) or an integration such as Shopify. A manager reading a chat no longer has to ask who answered.

Automated messages stay out of the way

Every message used to move its chat to the top of the inbox — including thousands of order updates sent through the API. Your customers' chats sank under them.

Now the inbox is sorted by the last time a person was part of a chat. API, campaign and integration messages update the chat's preview, marked API: or Campaign:, but do not move it. A chat that holds only those messages is under More → Automated, and joins the inbox the moment the customer replies.

Archived moved under More too.

  • The contact panel shows Not saved yet · Add details for a contact created when a new number wrote in. The Unknown badge is gone from the chat list.
  • Clicking a notification while you are already in Chat now opens that chat.
