The inbox now tells you which system answered a customer
Automatic replies carry a label — the chatbot's name or "AI agent" — and one Automatic replies switch stops both systems at once.
The chatbot and the AI agent can both answer customers on their own. They already took turns correctly, and only one ever replied — but nothing on screen said which one it was. A reply from the AI agent could look like a chatbot you had switched off, still talking.
Every automatic reply says who sent it
- A chatbot message shows the bot's name.
- An AI agent message shows AI agent.
- A message a person typed has no label — it needs none.
Messages sent before this change have no label either. We do not know what sent them, and a guessed label would read as fact.
The banner above the conversation also names the chatbot while a bot is running the chat.
One switch for both
The AI agent and Chatbot pages now have an Automatic replies switch above their own switches. It shows the order the systems answer in: the chatbot first, then the AI agent, then a person. Turn it off and both stop; your individual switches stay as you set them.
