Lynkist was built for a desk. On a phone it mostly worked, in the way a desktop site mostly works: tables ran off the side of the screen, and some controls only appeared when you hovered over a row — which a touchscreen cannot do at all.

Every page has been through a pass for small screens.

What changed

Wide tables — contacts, campaigns, templates, the delivery lists — now either reflow into cards or scroll inside their own frame, so the page never slides sideways underneath you. Controls that used to appear on hover are always visible on a touch device. Dialogs, the sidebar and the chat composer size themselves to the screen instead of to a window.

The inbox got the most attention, because that is what people actually open on a phone: the conversation list and the open chat are now separate screens rather than two columns squeezed into one.

It is still the same app

This is the same dashboard reflowed, not a cut-down version — nothing was removed to make it fit. Building a campaign or drawing a chatbot is still much easier on a large screen, and we would not suggest doing either on a phone. Reading, replying, and checking how a send is going are the things this makes comfortable.
