Build a chatbot by drawing it

A visual builder for the replies that don't need a person — draw the steps, connect them, and publish to a WhatsApp number.

Some questions don't need anybody. Opening hours, where an order has reached, what the return window is — the same answer, several times a day. Chatbot is a new page in the sidebar where you build those answers once.

Draw it, don't describe it

A bot is a canvas. Each step is a card, and you connect the cards to say what follows what: send a Message, a File, a Template or a Menu; Ask a question and wait; branch on the answer with If / else; Remember what they told you or Tag them; Call an API and use what comes back; Wait; then End.

The path a customer will take is the path you can see, so a bot with a dead end or a question nobody answers looks wrong while you are building it, not after you publish. A live WhatsApp preview sits beside the canvas and renders each step the way the customer will actually receive it.

It knows when to stop talking

Two steps end a conversation on purpose. Hand to a person gives the chat to your team and the bot goes quiet — it does not keep trying alongside your colleague. Hand to AI Agent passes it to the AI agent instead, for the questions that need an answer written rather than chosen.

Scripted, and deliberately so

A chatbot follows the steps you drew, every time. That is the point: it is predictable, you can read it, and it says what you wrote. When you want free-form answers written from your own documents, that is the AI agent — and as above, a bot can hand over to it mid-conversation.

Publishing binds a bot to one WhatsApp number, so a workspace with several numbers can run a different bot on each. Chatbot is available on Pro and Business.
